I know we argue, you get angry, I get sad, it’s all the same,

Don’t be ashamed for watching films that nobody else likes,

Don’t be ashamed for laughing at dodgy jokes that only you think are alright,

Don’t be ashamed of wearing clothes that make your bum look a little big,

Don’t be ashamed of telling girls their ass is looking hot in that shit,

Don’t be ashamed of the way you spend your time,

Don’t be ashamed so long as everything is fine,

Shame is like a fire, you would never sit and let it just burn,

So, if you’re in a place, and it doesn’t feel at all safe,

Escape the fire, you don’t need to go down with the building,

I know it’s hard to move while you’re hurting,

Shame’s a heavy burden,

Please don’t feel ashamed,

The only right and wrong lives inside your brain,

Please don’t feel ashamed,

You are so much more than others will get to see.

Never feel ashamed.
